Guiding You Through the Mediation Process
We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your situation and explore whether mediation is the right approach. This session is informal and carries no obligation. If both parties agree to proceed, we move on to prepare the mediation.

Initial Consultation
We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your situation and determine if mediation is the right path for you.

Preparing for Mediation
All parties sign an Agreement to Mediate. The mediator then meets with the parties, to prepare for the joint session.

Joint Session
In a scheduled session or over a number or session, each party shares their perspective on the conflict in a safe and structured environment.

Dialogue and Exploration
Through structured discussion, the mediator helps to identify key concerns, underlying interests, and potential areas of agreement.

Brainstorming and Option Building
Parties are encouraged to propose and discuss potential solutions openly. This stage promotes creativity, cooperation, and realistic planning.

Drafting the Agreement
If agreement is reached, the mediator helps to draft a written agreement. The parties decide whether the agreement will be legally binding.

Closing and Follow-Up
Follow-up sessions or post-mediation check-in, depending on the circumstances can take place.

General about Mediation

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which an impartial third party (the mediator) supports those in conflict to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Unlike court, mediation is not adversarial—there is no judge, no imposed outcome. You stay in control of the decisions.
The status of international company may be granted to a CA enterprise in any of the following cases:
It can be. Agreements reached in mediation can be formalised into a legally binding document if all parties agree. However, the decision to make the outcome binding is entirely up to the participants.

It depends on the complexity of the case and the willingness of the parties. Some issues are resolved in a single session; others may take several meetings. We will always adapt to your pace.
Yes. Everything said during mediation is private and cannot be shared without the consent of all parties, with limited exceptions required by law (e.g. imminent harm).
Even if no final agreement is reached, mediation often improves communication and understanding. In such cases, we can explore whether a follow-up session would be helpful or close the process respectfully.
Practical Aspects
In most cases, mediation is conducted directly between the parties. However, we can discuss whether it would be appropriate for you to be accompanied by a support person, and under what conditions.
Fees vary depending on the type of mediation and the number of sessions required. We are committed to providing clear, transparent pricing and will discuss this with you at the initial consultation.
While legal advice is not required during mediation, you are welcome to seek independent legal counsel at any stage. If you’re unsure about the legal implications of an agreement, we recommend consulting your own solicitor.

Testimonials
I’m Argentine and living in Dublin, and sometimes it can be hard to find support in Spanish… Working with Yuriria was such a huge relief! I felt understood, supported, and very well guided at all times — whether in person, over the phone, or by message. She’s a very kind, approachable, and dedicated professional. Sharing the same language and cultural background made all the difference. I highly recommend her!
As a separated parent going through a sensitive family situation, having Yuriria as a mediator made all the difference. From day one, I felt heard, supported, and understood without pressure or judgment. She helped guide the process clearly and calmly, which made everything feel much more manageable. Her experience working with international families was especially helpful, as she truly understands the added layers that can come with cross cultural dynamics. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for professional, human support during family transitions.
Going through a difficult time is never easy, but finding Yuri, truly made a difference. From the moment I reached out, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely listened to.
She was patient and created a safe space where I could speak openly without fear of judgment.
I’m deeply grateful for the care and dedication shown throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her service to anyone facing a tough situation. Sometimes, the right help at the right time can change everything, and for me, this was it.
